Gabrielle Cutaiar  '13 gave a poster presentation of her research at the Regional Microbiology Educators 9th Annual Student Research Symposium at Swarthmore College.

Dr. Walther, Kayla Hager '11, Sarah Klein '11,  and Molly McQuilken '12  gave poster presentations of their research at the 111th General Meeting of the American Society for Microbiology in New Orleans.

Kirsten Nole '12 and Molly McQuilken '12 were awarded  Sigma Xi Grants in Aid of Research.

Courtney Bender '12 was awarded an Undergraduate Research Grant from the Pennsylvania Academy of Science.

Kayla Hager '11 was accepted into the Cell Biology PhD Program at Columbia University

Dr. Walther, Christina Matika '10, and Sakina Khaku '10 gave poster presentations of their research at the 110th General Meeting of the American Society for Microbiology in San Diego.

Sarah Klein '11 and Molly McQuilken '12 have been awarded American Society for Microbiology Undergraduate Research Fellowships for the Summer '10.

Dr. Walther published an article entitled "The Eukaryotic Replication Fork." in the Encyclopedia of Life Sciences.

Molly McQuilken '12, Sarah Klein '11, and Kirsten Nole '12 gave poster presentations of their research at the Regional Microbiology Educators 7th Annual Student Research Symposium at Haverford College.

Kayla Hager was awarded a Sigma Xi Grant in Aid of Research.

Kayla Hager '11 is in the Mount Sinai Summer Undergraduate Research Program in New York City.

Tabby King '11 is doing an intership at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.
