The Department of Biological Sciences

RESEARCH GUIDELINES

The Department of Biological Sciences offers students majoring in the Biological Sciences the option of completing a research thesis. Students planning to attend graduate school or fill research-oriented positions in the future are encouraged to participate in research, at least at the level defined by the minimum requirements for the thesis option. Others may choose to conduct some research, but not to the extent of fulfilling the requirements of the thesis option.
