The Economics Minor
A minor in economics is a marketable and powerful complement to a student’s degree in many other disciplines. It is designed to provide a background in basic economic theory, as well as advanced study in a choice of specialized fields, such as labor economics, international economics, and others. The minor provides insight into the environment in which business operates and a framework for analyzing and understanding public policy issues. All courses in the minor must be passed with a C or better.
