Career Planning Programs:

Resources:
The Career Planning Library offers hundreds of resources for students and alumnae to utilize on such topics as job searching, careers by majors, resume/cover letter writing, developing interviewing skills, graduate school, study abroad programs, internship guidelines, civil service, self assessment tools, etc.  Please encourage students to take advantage of these up to date resources and programs.  No appointments are necessary for students to visit the office.

Study Abroad
The Career Planning Library in the Allen House has numerous resources to help students find the study abroad program of their choice.  Stop by any time to browse our library.  In the meantime, there are several sites on the internet to help make finding the perfect program a lot easier - The Study Abroad Programs Directory - is a new on-line study abroad information resource.  Students will find listings for thousands of study abroad programs in more than 100 countries throughout the world.  Students will also find hundreds of links to study abroad program home pages.  Best of all, they can search for a Study Abroad Program:  by country, by academic program, by intensive language programs and by language experiential/Internship programs.  Also, - The Study Abroad Handbook - is a very useful, comprehensive guide to traveling abroad by Bill Hoffa.
