Requirements for the Business Administration Major

To qualify for graduation, a student majoring in business administration must take a minimum of 30 credits of course work in the Department of Business, Management, and Economics at Cedar Crest College.   To be admitted to the major, the student must have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.25.   All courses within the major must be passed with a grade of C or better.   A minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.25 and a minimum average in the major of 2.25 must be achieved.

Requirements for the Business Administration Minor 

Students throughout the college are encouraged to minor in business administration to maximize professional opportunities after graduation.   This minor introduces the basics of running an organization, improves vocabulary, and helps to highlight career choices that are available within the student’s major program.   Students may not major in accounting and minor in business administration.
