In reaching our goals as well as simply living our lives we are confronted by challenges. It is through creativity that we can find the answers to new questions and find different ways to solve old problems. Creativity can be difficult because it can mean questioning the norm or doing something in a radically new way. We are fortunate to have an environment where we can do these things comfortably, and develop our sense of creativity that allows us not only to participate in the world of business, but to change it for the better.
