BIO 218 Anatomy and Physiology II Lecture Syllabus Lab Syllabus Catalog Description: A continuation of the comprehensive, problem-based approach to the study of structure and function in the human body. Emphasis is placed on the endocrine, cardiovascular, immune, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary and reproductive systems. Studies also include metabolism, nutrition, fluid and electrolyte balance, medical molecular genetics and growth and development. Dissections, including cat dissection, are an integral part of the laboratory experience. The lecture and laboratory parts of the course must be taken together.
