BIO 350 Junior Colloquium Syllabus Catalog Description: This course fulfills two goals: (1) development of career plans and skills, including interviews, resumes, and oral, written, and computer communication. (2) development of critical thinking skills through the selection of a research topic and preparation of a research proposal. Should a student select the thesis option for her major, this proposal will be the foundation for her thesis research. This course is part of the capstone requirement for all majors in the Department of Biological Sciences, and is taken in the fall of the junior year.
